For those who live in a village,do you like it?

i have lived in a village all my life and although it often was boring and hard to get around (had to rely on my parents), now I can drive i really like it..you get the peace and quiet of the country (and i like goin for walks/runs in it), and can drive to see people in town and so on. I live in a town centre at uni but I much prefer home even though im close to things here.
