I got two girls pregnant. Help me?

Ok, so here's my situation. I have been dating my current girlfriend (Elizabeth) for about 8 months now. But for the last month or so I have been cheating on her with another girl I really like (Meagan). Now, Elizabeth recently told me that she is pregnant, and because I feel very stongly for her, and I want to be there for her and our future child, I decided I needed to end things with Meagan. So I went over to Meagan's house and sat down and explained the situation to her. When I was finished she broke down and started crying. I umed that this was because she was devastated that I had been seeing somebody else. Wrong. After calming her down she told me that she was also pregnant. I just stood there speechless because I didn't know what to say. I never felt that strongly for Meagan in the first place, but I don't want her to have to take care of a child on her own. How am I going to support them both? Should I get them together and explain to Elizabeth what is happening? I really don't want Elizabeth to find out because she will, more than likely, break up with me, and even though she deserves someone better than me, I really want to stay with her. Should I just support them both as much as I can even if Elizabeth breaks up with me? I really don't know what to do, but I am going to support both of them no matter what I decide (after all, it's my fault), so should I explain everything to Elizabeth, or just silently support Meagan? Any advice at all will be appreciated.
