Why isn't Spoelstra starting Dexter Pittman and Chalmers?

The Heat need size and they have that in Pittman. Pittman can use his size to secure rebounds and defend the paint. Also, Chalmers is faster and better offensively/defensively than Arroyo. Signing Dampier and releasing Magloire wouldn't hurt either.
