Is the gulf oil leak another Obama inspired govt. make work program?

I say cap the oil leak & say phuk it! If the enviros want it cleaned up let those gawd damed worthless whales & dolphins clean it up. I'm sick & tired of aquatic 'animal welfare'. Their living in man's oceans for free, not paying taxes, as well as eating for free. If they don't wanna work lets round up some old naval surplus WW2 depth charges & depth charge em to give em incentive to work! Last resort we can 'ping' em with active sonar so we can have 'fried' whale/dolphin for dinner!!! This will save us BIG TIME on upcoming enviro/Obombus taxes!
