I just found out i accidentally got pregnant... im so scared to tell my grandmother... what should i do?

how do i tell her? i hate abortion, but i cannot have a child right now... i have to do this... but i dont know the first thing to do... im 18, can i somehow do this without my gramma finding out? I NEED HELP FAST!
