...i'm guessing it's infected. how bad is it?

i got my belly on pierced january 23rd. i was being really diligent with sea salt soaks for a while- twice a day, every day. for like, three months. after that, i started changing it, etc. its red around the top+bottom of the hole of the piercing, and the left side of the top hole is swollen. i'm afraid i might have an abscess. help help help help help?!?!?!
